Wildcats Playoffs

This was a sad day...not a dry eye between all the girls! They lost their playoff game. They ended the season with 11 wins & 3 losses...which is excellent! They came in first in their division...so, they were invited to the Tournament of Champions. Well, without our knowledge...the other cities put together all-star teams. VV Ribbons is the only league that will not allow that. I knew there was a problem when I saw their team in matching all star shirts! Which means the league got the best players and formed a team. How unfair!!! We only scored 2 runs. It was heartbreaking to watch. They all hit the ball...but couldn't get past first or second base! After the game, we found out that the other girls played in the TOC 3 yrs in a row...this was our girls FIRST time. I must remind myself, that my kids had the best season. We made wonderful new friends and basically have our soccer teams formed before soccer season even starts. That is the best part...unfortunately, there was too many problems with this league...to many scary coaches...and alot of disorganization. It almost takes all the fun out of it...until I see all these happy faces! I love my Madyson Renay so much! She is the best softball player EVER!! =-)
