Ryelon has been so sick lately, I decided to get him out of the house for some fresh air and duck feeding! I brought 4 of my kids because Brandon was over at his friends house for the day! I really thought that Ryelon would be scared of the ducks! No way...this kid walked right up to them like he was going to pet it and take one home! Actually none of my kids were scared...until we were having a picnic and alot of geese wanted to eat our lunch! We had about 50 ducks and geese around us!
The geese are very aggressive. Especially, these 2 white ones. After lunch, we walked around the pretty lake and streams. The kids loved it so much, we decided to go back on Martin Luther King day! This time, we brought Mackenzie, Christopher and Brandon. Okay...yes it was very cold!! But, Christopher and Brandon are such babies! ☺ I thought Christopher was going into hypothermia...the way he was acting! Once you start walking around...it was fine! One of those yucky white geese that I was talking about above....actually had the nerve to bite my baby Ryelon! He threw his bread at him, told him to go away, and ran crying to his daddy!
After that, we all fed them from the high tower in the playground! Not the white ones though!!! Once we were out of food, they left us alone. We all walked around the streams and onto the rocks that are in the streams. Christopher kept warning Caydon to be careful...well, he was careful alright...so careful, he fell in! He was soaked from head to toe! I could not stop laughing! Then Mackenzie decided to fall in but only to her ankles! I am so terrible because I still made them walk around, hahahah...they were fine with it! We took many pictures...but, after about 5 pictures...the cold weather wimps went to the car to watch tv! I love making fun of them! Although, it is a free day there...I may not go back. Those white geese scare me...great news though, Ryelon was never scared of them even after he was bit! What a tough little man...nothing like his daddy!!! hahah..so kidding!
