Where are the years going? Why are they going so fast? It makes me sad that I am living the best years of my life. Because, soon my kids will be all grown up...move out...and start lives of their own. =( That's why Christopher and I are always thankful for the exhausting times with our kids. Dayton & Caydon are the best little twins that anyone could ask for! They requested a Pokemon Birthday. It was suppose to be a small get together...hmmm...I do not know what that means!! They have so many terrific people in their lives! How can I not invite them all!!! =-) We even got them this jumper that was humongous...it was like an obstacle inside with a slide into another bouncer!! Thank goodness we have that big side yard! They had a blast with all their friends and their cutie twin girlfriends! Caydon is already talking about marriage with her! I think they are moving a weeee bit too fast!!! hahah!! =)
On their actual birthday, I had the pleasure of making 35 blue and yellow cupcakes! (Their favorite colors)They handed them out to all their classmates during lunch time! Then, all of the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th graders sang to them in the cafeteria! Talk about a VERY special moment! After their daddy got home, we took them to McDonalds! They picked it!! And then they opened presents! We bought them some pokemon stuff and a leap pad! It is soooo much fun!
I am so glad that we are able to give them so much. Not materialistic things...but things from the heart! My boys KNOW how much they are loved. They KNOW we would do anything for them. They appreciate everything too. As of right now, I can whole heartedly admit...we are doing a GREAT job as parents because we have a set of amazing kids! Happy 7th Birthday Dayton & Caydon!
