Okay, I was in shock last year to have my first born son old enough to start Highschool...I am in even more shock to say he is in 10th grade now!! The last 2 weeks, he kept saying "I cannot wait to go back to school"...well, the last night of summer, he seemed to get a set of nervous nerves! He pretty much spent the whole summer with his Best Friend Christian. They started a Christian magazine together. They design it every month and write the articles. I am so proud of him for taking the initiative with something so important! His plan is to eventually make money off of it too! Christian is such a nice boy. I even trusted Brandon to go to his first movie with him....Pirates of the Caribbean!! I am trying to cut the umbilical cord!! haha! We started letting him watch PG13 movies because we feel he is so responsible now! This has been his best summer...he never got grounded, Which is a big thing for him! He seems to have found who he is suppose to be now! I just feel overwhelmingly PROUD of him lately! The nerves quickly went away too, because he had an amazing 1st day of school!! He found out his other GREAT friend Joe has all of his classes. He is back in ROTC! He loves his teachers...except for his geometry teacher because he feels he didn't "teach" them last year! He has lunch A with ALL of his friends too!! I think that is what he was the most nervous about! I am excited to see what he accomplishes in 10th grade! Brandon is the smartest boy I know...so, I am positive he will achieve all goals that he sets his mind to! I love you Brandon Michael, VERY much!
