My Mother's Day was very special! I am so lucky to have 5 kids wishing me Happy Mother's Day! The only thing I would have changed about this day...is ME sleeping in and not my husband!!! Haha!! I could never sleep in...the minute the sun comes through the shades, I am UP! Sometimes, even at 5am....I will start doing laundry! Sorry, getting off the subject! =) Anyways, we spent the day with my mother-n-law! Melissa and I prepared a whole bunch of yummy snacks...the kids chowed down! =} The boys cleaned up though! We gave Christopher's mom a very special present that made her tear up! It was a frame that said "5 reasons I love being a Grammy" with pictures of her and each grandkid and their names engraved underneath! It was really cute! Christopher gave me the sweetest card ever!! He should write for Hallmark! This card was the first one to bring tears to my eyes! He is taking me on a shopping spree to Kirklands. I love that place...even though he is trying to say no to the thing I want!! A rod iron table for the front porch with 2 chairs! How cute would that be!! We all know I will get my way! I should....taking care of his FIVE kids and molding them into such fine individuals!! hehe!! I love being a mom! I would not change a thing about my life. I never think the grass is greener on the other side either! I KNOW that I could not ask for more. I KNOW I am very lucky. That's the secret....remembering that detail daily and remembering the wonderful times together...even when I don't think I deserve it! Thank you God for the many blessings You have given me!
