Yesterday was so cute to watch. My boys had their first "date" with Claire and Sophia. They are the cute twin girls at their school. I am a bit confused because Dayton liked Violet. He is making her very sad at school because he started playing with Sophia. He didn't know he could play with 2 girls! After spring break...he will make it up to Violet! Anyways, Jessica and I took all the kids to Chuck E Cheese! I brought my 5 kids and she brought her 4...she left her daughter at home who is Brandon's age. I think Brandon was secretly sad about that! haha!! Jessica also has another daughter, Abigail. She is Madyson's BFF! All of them had such a fun time. They took pictures with Chuck E. They had their picture sketched! They ate pizza and played lots of games. Ryelon put about 100 tokens in random machines...I am not exaggerating...and then ran away without playing them! Silly 2 year old! He acts so much older than a two year old...but he is still deathly afraid of Chuck E. I am going to invite their girlfriends to their baseball game. Dayton and Caydon would have smiles ear to ear seeing them on the bleachers!
I personally think all of this is very innocent. I will always encourage them to be friends with boys OR girls. Christopher gets a little upset because he thinks they are too young to hold hands and say they are boyfriend and girlfriend. I think...as long as it stays innocent...then so be it! Claire and Sophia are the sweetest girls and treat them so well. That is what we all want for our kids and their friendships!
