What a GREAT game! The Cincinnati Reds won 6 to 4! It was the first time any of the kids hit with a pitching machine too. They all did great! Dayton hit the ball both times and scored a run for his team. Poor Caydon hit them...but fouls and then struck out. He was so sad the second time. Hopefully we can practice with the machine before the next game, the ball comes ALOT faster than when Christopher pitches to them! The day was super cold too. I was in my snow jacket and still freezing. We were outside from 7:15am until 5:30pm! Poor Dayton was so cold..he just fell asleep during Madyson's game! Even with the cold..the day was perfect and LOTS of fun!!! Great job Reds...they are making my husbands dreams come true! =)
