Last night was so fun! Madyson has changed so much in the last year!! I remember her Kindergarten ceremony...she was frozen up their on the stage! The teachers told the kids to raise their hand when they called their name...our daughter was so scared...she immediately put her hand up and kept it up half of the awards ceremony!! We were begging her to put it down but she just shook her tiny little head with a look of fright on her face! NOW, she stands up on a huge stage with 100's of faces looking at her and sings, dances, and plays the recorder (wich is like a flute)!! And smiles as she does it!! =) Last night was too funny! Her friend Meadow wore the exact same dress!! The part that makes it more amazing is...on Friday for the Father/Daughter dance they wore the exact same red dress!! Classmates and teachers asked if me and her mother planned that...and no we didn't! The girls were thrilled though!
All of the kids are enjoying Sunday school so much! I am trying to get Madyson and Brandon to join the Church Choir too!! I would be so proud to see my kids up their singing for God! They pray before they eat now without even being asked! Dayton always peeks though to see if anyone else is done...it makes me laugh! The best thing is when the boys came up to me last night and said "Christmas is not about us it is about Jesus and God's Birthday!!" AWWWW....I was thrilled to hear how much they are learning and actually remembering! =) I am now a member of HDC now!! I will start my babtism classes next month. Madyson and Brandon want to do it too...but, I am just not sure if they are truly ready yet. Brandon goes to Tribes every Tuesday and last night they asked him if he trust God a 100%...and he wasn't able to answer yes. =( This made me sad but then I realized, he is still young and learning...it will happen soon! =)
We have been doing alot of arts and craft projects this last week! We made the cutest ornaments (I accidently erased the pics last night....heartbroken!) We have been doing fingerpainting projects and Christmas pictures projects! Tomorrow we are going to do our cross projects! They have been having more fun in Joanne's fabrics than in a toy store!!! hehe!! Tonight we are going to visit Santa...hopefully, RyeRye will be okay because he is so sick! Then, we are off to the lights in Upland! He will love that...he is always saying oh and aw as we pass decorated houses! Hopefully, it is not that crowded...so he can walk it!! =)
