Wow! I am definitely happy today!! Do you ever get the shivers....just from the JOY in your heart? Well, I do!! A friend posted a status on FB, to write something daily until Thanksgiving that you are thankful for! Well, of course my first post is dedicated to my new and old friends! You are all outstanding! You are never far behind me with your positive attitudes! I am not sure what changed so drastically in my life lately.....but, I am thrilled with it. I do not have anger at all anymore! I used to dwell on the negative or let others upset me. Why? YOU allow THEM to control you then! I control MYSELF!! I have CHOOSEN to forgive and forget. I must tell you....if you bury the anger or resentment...just cut it loose. Forgive the ones that are needed and move on!
I really wish I would have listened to the people that used to tell me that. You were wise...but, I guess we all need to do that on our own! I am truly thankful for my bible study and the sweet girls I have met. They truly care about me and I KNOW they truly pray for all of us! I love, LOVE discussing things about God or the bible! It is thrilling to learn new things! It is thrilling to discuss things with Christopher and actually KNOW what I am talking about! =) Lately, I have been contacted from old family too. How terrific is it to have as many people that choose to have you in your life that you can possibly have!! I will welcome my family into my life anyday!!
Our life is a blessing! There may be things in my life that are not so good...such as money problems...loss of a few family members....or my 13 year old rebelling like crazy the last 2 weeks. But, we will get through it. I believe and choose to walk with my faith. I feel like a different person lately. I have 5 overly terrific kids. They are so thankful everyday for different things....even if it is just for their halloween candy! haha!! They KNOW to be thankful...so Chris and I must be doing something right! And then there is my Christopher! Geez, he is such an honorable man! I am VERY protective over him. I feel like wrapping him in a bubble. I CANNOT see him hurt. 
I CANNOT listen to others say bad things about him. As a wife, this is my duty! Like a police officer...to serve and protect!! =) He takes care of us so well too. He always wants the best for us and everyone that loves him. He has been told that he actually loves too much!! Well, I will take that love anyday!! Anyways, I just wanted my caring friends to know how much I truly am thankful for each and every one of you. Not just because it was a FB post....but, because you all bring something so different into my life. Well, I am off to continue my day! Stay happy...and if you are not...let the stuff go that turns your frown upside down!! haha...what a dork, huh? =)
