Much better days in our home! =)

I am having a few reminders on how precious life is! My boys got the swine flu....which, if you know me...this was my biggest fear out of life! It is terrible to watch your kiddies so miserable. I mean TERRIBLE! This was the first time...I dropped to my knees and prayed to God to heal them. I heard on the news that 87 swine cases ended in death in the last 2 months. So, you can understand my fear. =( On a positive note...they were healed by the next morning! It was a wonderful sound to hear them fighting by 8am! haha! (It brings a smile to my face still!) The tamiflu kicked in immediately. The Pharmacy was so kind too...they gave me 5 extra pills for another kid just in case. That "just in case" was Caydon! The poor boys slept right through their soccer game. They were devastated to miss a game. They are 5 and 0...which is outstanding!! Madyson was able to play. She made a goal for her team...and they won 8 to 0! We are so pleased with her new position. She was starting to hate soccer because of the defender position...but, now she LOVES being a forward! =)
My hubbie had another birthday! I made his favorite cake that his mom taught me how to make. It IS the best! He got lots of ecko clothes...of course. Madyson bought him the Lady Gaga CD!
I think he secretly loves her! =) That is okay...I, too, could watch and listen to her all day! She is sooooo entertaining! Also, he was surrounded with just his loving family due to our illness! We will be celebrating it with everyone else...hopefully, Sunday! His grandparents...and their busy schedule! haha! I hope we have half of their energy by our 80's! I envy them! I feel a hundred years old right now. I never sleep...that can really wear down your body!! I may have less energy because I have cut all my meals in half though!! =) But, the great thing is...I lost 22 pounds! WOW!!! My goal was 5 more...but, I think it will be 10 now!! =) I know I can do it! =)
Well, today is all about taking Ryelon to get tested for Swine flu. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it is a negative. I "THINK" his symptoms are from getting another tooth. I see it trying to pop through next to his ONE tooth!! hehe!! I will miss it when he gets another one. It is his trademark! =)
I hope my loved ones are having a well deserved fantastic day!
